This expert session will help you understand the science behind the Younger Lives and covers both the habits that are proven to keep you happier, healthier and years younger,  plus how the Younger Living Edit can help you:

 1) Break the unhelpful thought patterns & bad habits that are holding you back

 2) Create habits that will contribute to a longer, happier and healthier life

The 40 min session is run by Dr Holly Whelan, one of the founders of Younger Lives. She has a PhD in Neuroscience and over 20 years of experience of working in healthy ageing and healthy habits that can keep you at your best.  Read more about Holly here
