Habit Change Intensive
Private 'one-off' habit transformation session
Service Description
This one-off transformational session will teach you how you are a product of your habits (good & bad!) and how to change your habits to build the life you want and deserve. Working with your mentor, you will review your past and present lifestyle and think about the future life you want for yourself. You will discuss a) how your current habits came about, b) how well they are serving you, and c) the science of habit change and practical techniques you can use. By the end of the 3 hours intensive you will have a better understanding of yourself and the science - and be fully equipped to start building the authentic and unique personal habit set you need to stay at your best & 'years younger' for life. This session can be delivered online or face to face (Note: face to face only available in the London area) and is run by Dr Holly Whelan or Dr Mark Cobain. Total run time = 3 hours 30 mins (including breaks). Sessions usually run from 9am-12.30pm and 2pm-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Other times available on request.
