Service Description
Led by your Younger Living habit change coach, you will join a small group of like-minded people who all want to learn and share the experience of building habits that have the power to keep you happier, healthier and years younger for life. What it includes: * A 1 hour online group session every Monday night at 7pm with your Younger Living group coach. * Expert Habit Change Exercises to complete each week - all templates and instructions provided * Access to a private Facebook group to connect and share ideas, discuss progress and help each other within the group All group coaching sessions are conducted via an online video meeting link.
