Led by Younger Living habit change experts, you will join a small group of like-minded people who all want to learn and share the experience of building personal habits that have the power to keep you happier, healthier and years younger for life. What it includes: * A 1 hour online group session every Monday night at 7pm with your Younger Living group leader. * Expert Habit Change Exercises to complete each week - all templates and instructions provided * Access to a private Facebook group to connect and share ideas, discuss progress and help each other within the group The 6 week program structure: Week 1: Who you are and what do you really want out of life? Introduction to Life Age. Setting your Younger Living targets. Week 2: The science of habit change & why happiness is the key to Younger Living. Review of previous week & group discussion. Setting your habit change targets for the week ahead. Week 3: This weeks focus - Enjoying Younger Living eating and drinking. Review of previous week & group discussion. Setting your habit change targets for the week ahead. Week 4: This weeks focus - Enjoying moving your body and Younger Living physical activity. Review of previous week & group discussion. Setting your habit change targets for the week ahead. Week 5: This weeks focus - What it takes to keep habits going long term. Review of previous week & group discussion. Setting your habit change targets for the week ahead. Week 6: This weeks focus - Creating your long term plan for the future. All weekly sessions are conducted via an online video meeting link.
