Everyone in the Younger Lives Team are experts who are dedicated to either the scientific research of successful ageing or practically helping people live healthier, happier lives.
Our Founders have worked in this space for over 10 years. They are the original inventors of Heart Age, a clinically validated tool that has now adopted by Public Health England and the NHS in the UK, the Centers for Disease Control in the USA, and many of the major heart health charities across the world.

Our Life Age test determines where your lifestyle is 'ageing' you or keeping you young, and the 7 steps guide teaches you how to live a younger life and feeling healthier, happier and years younger.

Most peoples lives are complicated enough, so we have designed all our practical help to be simple, enjoyable and effective
For instance, our healthy eating advice and recipes are based on the Mediterranean diet, and most take less than 20 minutes to prepare. This way of eating is not only proven to improve health and longevity, but is also delicious, simple and allows moderate alcohol consumption. It's no surprise that research also shows that this way of eating is one of the most effective diets over the long term, as it is easy to stick to in the long term.
Similarly, our exercise routines last around 25-30 minutes and are designed to give you maximum impact for minimum time.
